This badge gives an estimated number of premium spectre packs neccessary to have all levels of all rares. This estimate assumes that each premium spectre pack drops 1.12 rares (this covers the 0.88 ultra-rare drop rate). The second value is the corresponding number of credits needed to buy that many packs (in kilocredits) and the last value listed is how many US Dollars it would cost to simply buy your way to completion (assuming three dollars per pack). The statistics on ultra-rare drop rate are pulled from the collaborative ME3 pack stats project: here

Adept promotions are blue, soldiers are red, engineers are orange, sentinels green, infiltrators grey, and vanguards purple. Players who have never promoted are given equal width bars of each.

The 'Everything' badge. This one has the best parts of all the other badges crammed into a single image so as to maximize the data available inside a given space. This will take up the majority of a forum signature area, but has more information than you'd get by simply using multiple badges. This is the best badge on Citadel Station.

Most of these badges just offer facts. This badge, though, it judges you. It tells you how many rare and ultra-rare items you unlock per hour of gameplay. If that wasn't enough, it also gives you an estimate of how long it will take you to unlock all of the rares or ultra-rares if you continue at your current rate.

If you are missing any of the challenges, they'll be listed below:
